Set up salary structures, configure deduction types (tax, pension, insurance), and define payment cycles. SmartSchool OS calculates net pay automatically each period.
Configuring payroll
Navigate to HR → Payroll Settings to define salary grades, allowances, and deduction templates. Assign salary structures to staff members from their profile pages.
